Bank transfers are accepted. Reservations are subject to approval and require a mandatory 50% bank transfer. You will receive an email with the reservation confirmation.

All participants must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time to check in (if necessary) and receive the briefing. If players arrive after the scheduled start time of the activity, playing time will be reduced equivalent to the delay.

The player assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to the game rooms/facilities of Game Over and/or to themselves.

Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who must also be a player.

- Up to 2 days before the game:
No fee will be charged for a refund or rescheduling.
- Up to the day before the game:
A fee of 30% of the total payment will be charged for a refund, and 20% for rescheduling.
- On the day of the game:
A fee of 50% of the total payment will be charged for a refund, and 30% for rescheduling.

It is forbidden to take photos or record videos inside the rooms. If you do so, you will be immediately removed from the room and will not be allowed to continue the game.
